Role Summary and Impact
WPP Media is seeking a Content & Social Intern to support our team with content publishing and community management for client profiles (for example but non limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Under the supervision of a Content & Social Manager, they will engage with clients from various product categories to acquire cross-functional skills.
Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Community Management: Moderating Facebook and Instagram pages, managing direct messages, inboxes, and comments.
- Posting: Publishing and scheduling content on clients' social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).
- Editorial Plan: Assisting the Content & Social Specialist in drafting editorial plans.
- Social ADV: Supporting the Content & Social Specialist in creating advertisements, thanks to a foundational knowledge of social advertising.
- Creativity: Collaborating with the team (art director and copywriter) on creating campaigns and special activations.
During this internship, the candidate will gain greater autonomy in managing daily posting and community management. They will acquire the technical and conceptual skills needed to support both day-to-day and one-off projects. In addition to continuing their integration with media, the candidate will enhance their client management skills, becoming a key point of contact for moderation and social posting tasks.
